Detailed Job Overview

This role is a combination of office-based and on-field sales responsibilities. The selected

candidate will represent IDFC FIRST Bank through HGS, focusing on promoting and selling

FASTag (QR-based) products to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct field visits to onboard customers and promote FASTag (QR) solutions.

 Explain product features, benefits, and the application process to customers.

 Maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating leads through field activities.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

 Provide after-sales customer support when required.
