Job Description
Sales Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
Explain fabric details, pricing, and ongoing offers
Upsell and cross-sell products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain attractive product displays
Billing Responsibilities:
Generate accurate bills using POS system
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods
Ensure proper invoicing and receipts
Manage returns and exchanges as per store policy
Maintain daily billing records
