Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Retail Sales Counter Staff to join our shop. The role involves assisting customers, managing product sales at the counter, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and helpful manner.
• Provide information about products, prices, and promotions.
• Handle sales at the counter, including billing and packing items.
• Keep the counter area clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Refill stock at the counter and arrange displays when needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or complaints.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily sales goals.

Requirements:

• Good communication in Tamil language and customer service skills.
• Friendly attitude and well-groomed appearance.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage but not necessary.

Working Duration: Duty hours- 9 hours per day,6 days per week working, Week off on

week days)

Salary from 12000/- (incentives will be given

based on the job performances)
