Job Description

Job Summary:

The After-Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth post-sale experience for customers by handling documentation, registration coordination, follow-ups, and customer support until final handover. The role focuses on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle post-sales customer communication and support professionally
  • Coordinate plot registration process with customers, legal team, and registration office
  • Manage and explain documents such as Sale Deed, Patta, Chitta, EC, DTCP / RERA approvals
  • Ensure timely document collection and handover to customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records, payment status, and handover details in CRM/Excel
  • Follow up on pending approvals, registrations, and site-related issues
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a calm and effective manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Site Engineers) for smooth execution
  • Provide regular updates to customers on their post-sales progress
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and registration process
  • Good follow-up and coordination abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM software
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
  • Basic legal awareness related to real estate plots


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female candidates only
  • Married women preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate after-sales or customer support (preferred)
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
