Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Telecom Industry)


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team!


📍 Role: Customer Support Executive

🗣️ Languages Required: Kannada, Tamil & English

🕒 Shift: Rotational Day Shifts

📅 Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off)


✅ Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (Telecom preferred)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently


💰 Compensation:

• CTC: ₹20,000/month

• Take-home: ₹16,500/month


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls/chat

• Provide timely and effective resolutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
