Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive – Trainee to join our organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to start their career in customer relationship management and client handling. The trainee will undergo a 6-month structured training program with hands-on exposure to customer communication, service coordination, and internal support processes.

Based on performance, communication skills, and overall contribution during the training period, you will be considered for a permanent role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions
• Maintain and update customer records and interaction details
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Follow up with customers for feedback, service updates, or support
• Support customer retention and engagement activities
• Prepare basic reports related to customer interactions

Skills & Requirements:

• Any graduate (freshers welcome)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role
