Real Estate Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, explain project details, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.

• Handle incoming leads and make outbound follow-up calls
• Understand customer requirements (budget, location, purpose)
• Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing and close sales successfully
• Assist customers with booking, documentation, and registration
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up status
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams

• RequiredGood communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
• Ability to convince and close deals
• MS Excel / CRM knowledge preferred
• Willingness to travel for site visits

• Any graduate / diploma (preferred)
• 0–5 years experience in real estate sales or related field
• Freshers with strong interest in sales can apply
