Customer Support Associate – Banking Process

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for our Banking Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inside sales or outside sales and possess excellent English communication skills. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals who can join immediately.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Inside Sales or Outside Sales 6 Months of relevant experience preferred(mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
• Experience in banking or financial services process preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Role:

• Handle customer queries for banking products/services
• Provide resolutions via calls/emails
• Upsell/cross-sell banking products when applicable
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve targets

Work Schedule:

• Day Rotational Shifts:
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 6 Days Working one day rotational week off
• Rotational Week Off

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹2.5 LPA
• Take Home: ₹21,000 per month

Experience:

• 6 Months of relevant experience preferred
