Customer Support Executive – FR8 India Pvt. Ltd.


Responsibilities


Act as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and partners


Handle shipment inquiries, booking updates, and issue resolution


Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely deliveries


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipments


Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication


Requirements


Strong communication and coordination skills


Basic knowledge of logistics, freight, or transportation (preferred)


Ability to handle multiple queries in a fast-paced environment


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
