Collection Executive – Banking Process (Tele caller)

📍 Location: Unit No B2. No 769 Phase 1, Lower ground floor, Spencer Plaza Anna Salai, Thousand Lights, Chennai - 600 002.

Job Role:

• Handle outbound calls to customers for loan/credit card collections
• Follow up on pending payments and negotiate repayment schedules
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
• Ensure compliance with banking & RBI guidelines
• Achieve daily/monthly collection targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & experienced candidate’s welcome
• Good communication skills (Tamil / English / Hindi – preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in targets-driven environment

 Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month
