Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries

• Support sales team with customer coordination and documentation

• Maintain customer data and update CRM records

• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely response

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support

• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business


Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Sales / Customer Relationship role
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Language Requirements

• English - Good communication skills
