Delivery Executive

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Bike Delivery Executives to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering bikes to customers within the city in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely Delivery: Ensure all orders/packages are delivered to the correct address within the scheduled time.
• Route Planning: Use GPS/Maps to find the most efficient routes to save time and fuel.
• Payment Collection: Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) or digital payments accurately and deposit them at the hub.
• Customer Service: Maintain a polite and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
• Package Safety: Ensure that all items are handled with care and delivered without damage.
• Record Keeping: Update delivery status on the mobile app after every drop-off.

Requirements

• Documents: Valid Driving License
• Technology: Must have a Smartphone with a working internet connection.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; previous delivery experience is a plus.
