🔧 Job Overview
Compro IT Services is looking for skilled and motivated Service Engineers with hands-on experience in laptop and desktop support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining IT hardware, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery to clients.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in laptops and desktops
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
- Handle OS installation, driver updates, and software troubleshooting
- Manage on-site and off-site service requests efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in laptop/desktop servicing
- Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Windows OS installation and configuration
- Basic networking knowledge is an added advantage
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
🌐 Language Requirements
- Mandatory: English and Tamil
- Optional: Additional regional languages
