Job Description

We’re looking for an L1 Desktop Support Engineer to handle tech support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage tickets in ServiceNow. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

·        Resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.

·        Install and configure OS/software.

·        Handle and manage tickets in ServiceNow.

·        Support end-users with basic IT issues.

Requirements:

·        Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.

·        Knowledge of Windows/macOS.

·        Experience with ServiceNow ticketing.

·        Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.


Skills:

Reimaging devices, DHCP/DNS, BSOD (Blue screen of death), O365 application- resolving issues, OneDrive/SharePoint difference, SNOW experience, CMDB, Offboarding process/User termination-what will be done with their devices.
