The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creative designing, HTML website updates, SEO (On-Page & Off-Page), social media creatives, and campaign support to generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and maximize online presence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities🎨 1. Designing & Creative Development✅ Create attractive property listing pages, project layouts, banners, landing pages, brochures, flyers, and marketing creatives.

✅ Design visually appealing ads for apartments, villas, plots, and commercial properties.

✅ Create social media posts 📸, ad creatives 🎯, website banners 🌐, and promotional materials.

✅ Edit property images, graphics, walkthrough creatives, and branding materials.

✅ Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print channels.

💻 2. HTML / Website Development✅ Develop and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

✅ Update website content, property listings, enquiry forms, banners, and landing pages.

✅ Ensure website responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices 📱.

✅ Support landing page creation for lead generation campaigns.

🔍 3. SEO – On Page✅ Conduct keyword research for real estate projects, locations, and property-related searches.

✅ Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags, URLs, and content structure.

✅ Improve page speed ⚡, internal linking, and user experience.

✅ Monitor indexing, crawl errors, and website health 📊.

🚀 4. SEO – Off Page✅ Build quality backlinks through submissions, listings, and outreach.

✅ Manage directory submissions, social bookmarking, guest posting, and property portal listings.

✅ Improve domain authority and website visibility 📈.

📱 5. Social Media & Branding Support✅ Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

✅ Maintain content calendars 📅 and campaign creatives.

✅ Support brand awareness and project promotions.

📊 6. Analytics & Performance Tracking✅ Monitor traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement metrics.

✅ Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools.

✅ Share performance insights and improvement suggestions.
