Digital Marketing Executive

Adira Enterprises Private Limited, an International Recruitment Agency, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing to manage and grow our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Design:Create engaging and visually appealing job posts, hiring posters, and other content daily using Canva and Photoshop.
• Design and publish creative reels, videos, and graphics to attract and engage candidates.
• Social Media Management:Handle all social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting and growth of followers.
• Develop innovative strategies to engage candidates and increase job applications and leads.
• Advertising & Campaigns:Plan, create, and run ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and WhatsApp Marketing.
• Optimize ad performance to generate quality leads and job applications.
• Analytics & Engagement:Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with the team to support recruitment efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools for graphic and reel creation.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing.
• Creative and strategic thinking with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create catchy and engaging content tailored to the target audience.
• Experience in running successful ad campaigns and social media marketing.
