Job Description
Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Head (Female – Real Estate Experienced)
Requirements:
- Female candidate with minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate buyer behavior and content preferences.
- Plan and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) specifically for real estate projects.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize for lead quality and cost.
- Develop content strategies for online branding and lead generation.
- Experience in handling multiple real estate projects and delivering targeted content.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
- Lead and manage a team of 2 junior digital marketing staff, guiding them in content and campaign execution.
- Expertise in photo editing, video editing, and tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Write and design brochures, flyers, social media posts, reels, and other marketing materials with a real estate focus.
