Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and working closely with the Customer Success Manager to improve customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, Google Ads, etc.).
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, and digital promotions.
• Coordinate closely with the Customer Success Manager to support customer engagement initiatives and campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Manage customer interactions through digital channels and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in digital campaign execution.
• Strong content creation skills (post creation, captions, basic creatives, blogs, etc.).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially Customer Success.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, etc.).
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in handling customer-focused campaigns.
