• Role Summary
• The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• You will work closely with our design, content, and video teams to create data-backed strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Manage social media pages for clients — plan content calendars, schedule posts, and track engagement.
• Optimize websites and landing pages for SEO and SEM performance.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop campaign creatives and ad copies.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and online branding.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Desirable Skills
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot (added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
• Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Sendinblue.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
