Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead Executive to oversee and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will play a key role in generating leads, improving online brand presence, and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.

* Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), and email marketing.

* Analyze campaign performance and optimize using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing platforms.

* Manage company website updates, content, and landing pages for better engagement and conversions.

* Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and marketing content.

* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns fresh and effective.

* Set up and manage paid ad campaigns, including budget planning and ROI tracking.

* Track KPIs like lead volume, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates and report results weekly/monthly.

* Use CRM tools to track lead behavior and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

* Plan and execute A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:

* Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.

* Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.

* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

* Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

* Good communication and project management skills.

* Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

* Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (optional but preferred).
