Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a smart, energetic Digital Marketing

Executive who is updated with the latest trends and tools in online marketing.

The candidate should handle social media campaigns, lead generation ads, content coordination, and analytics tracking.

Must be curious to learn, explore new strategies, and contribute creative ideas for Crystal Homes’ branding and promotions.

Key Responsibilities·        

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads & other platforms
• Create content, captions, reels, and ad creatives as required
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
• Handle website updates, SEO basics, and landing pages
• Coordinate with design team & sales team for smoother workflow
• Track daily leads, enquiries, conversions, and prepare reports
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

Requirements:       

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of social media ads & Google Ads
• Creativity in content, captions, and visual ideas
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Good written & verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
• Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing is an advantage
