Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Professional with 2+ years of experience who can drive online visibility, lead generation, and brand awareness through multiple digital platforms. The candidate should be capable of handling campaigns independently or by managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other social channels.
• Manage paid ad campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize ROI.
• Develop engaging content and creatives for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and grow the company’s online presence through organic and paid channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead nurturing and campaign improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Generate and share monthly performance reports with key insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 +years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube Marketing
• Ability to work independently or manage a small team
• Excellent understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
