Dispatch Executive

Job Title: Dispatch Executive – WarehouseJob Summary:The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing the timely and accurate dispatch of goods from the warehouse. The role involves coordinating with logistics, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining dispatch records to ensure smooth operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders
• Coordinate with warehouse team for picking, packing, and loading of materials
• Ensure all dispatches are accurate in quantity and quality
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-way Bill, etc.)
• Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely vehicle placement
• Track shipments and update customers/internal teams on delivery status
• Maintain dispatch records and stock movement logs
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Handle dispatch-related issues and resolve them efficiently
• Monitor pending orders and prioritize urgent deliveries
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of warehouse operations and dispatch processes
• Familiarity with documentation like invoices, LR copy, e-way bill
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
