Documentation Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

               1. New product enquiry

               2. Approval of prices for different product

3. Primary point of contact for customers, interpreting and implementing customer instructions for the company to produce products.

               4. Respond to customer/MKT inquiries about products or prices

               5. Sample approval follow up with customer to produce bulk orders

               6. Prepares and sends PI and provides written proposals to customers

7. Work with price lists and/or discuss with management to determine charges for the product requested

               8. Once the order confirmed proceed with Work order to produce the required products

9. Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure meeting and exceeding customers’ service expectations

10. Professionally respond to all clients and/or vendors and escalate issues, complaints, or service disruptions according to procedures
