Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces.

Upload and update product listings including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.

Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales analytics.

Coordinate with digital marketing teams to improve online visibility and conversions.

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and feedback through online platforms.

Ensure smooth order processing, payment tracking, and delivery coordination.

Optimize product pages using SEO techniques and engaging content.

Research & Development (R&D)

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.

Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market demand.

Assist in developing and improving products based on customer feedback and market insights.

Work with design and production teams to create new product concepts and prototypes.

Test product quality, usability, and market acceptance before launch.

Maintain documentation related to product development and innovation.
