E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online product listings, orders, and platform operations. This role focuses on smooth daily execution and growth of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (images, pricing, descriptions, SKU details)

Coordinate order processing, tracking, and customer updates

Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability

Handle basic customer queries related to orders and products

Work with design and marketing teams for banners, offers, and promotions

Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements

Ensure platform compliance, policies, and timely updates

Requirements

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar)

Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Attention to detail and time management skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
