Role Summary

The Event Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, executing, and evaluating events across VGP Kingdom properties. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, customer-centric events that enhance brand visibility, drive footfalls, and create memorable guest experiences while ensuring cost efficiency, vendor effectiveness, and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Planning

· Conceptualize and propose an annual event calendar aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.

· Develop event concepts, themes, budgets, timelines, and execution plans for approval.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of events with marketing and operational goals.

Event Execution

· Plan and execute events end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

· Manage on-ground operations during events to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction.

· Monitor event performance and address issues proactively in real time.

Vendor & Partner Management

· Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard suitable vendors and event partners.

· Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and service-level expectations.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards across all vendors.

Budgeting, MIS & Reporting

· Prepare event budgets and forecasts to ensure cost-effective execution.

· Track expenses, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.

· Prepare MIS reports, post-event analysis, and performance summaries for management review.

Customer Experience & Stakeholder Coordination

· Ensure superior customer experience before, during, and after events.

· Coordinate with operations, security, finance, and marketing teams to deliver seamless experiences.

· Handle customer feedback and implement improvements for future events.

Experience & Qualifications

· Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with significant hands-on experience in event planning and management

· Prior experience in large-scale events, entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industries preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
