Globexio, a subsidiary of Rio Global Fintech Private Limited, is a growing import–export and global trading firm. We are hiring a Documentation & Sourcing Executive with mandatory hands-on experience in export–import documentation and supplier sourcing. This is a key back-office role supporting our international trade operations.

✨ Job Requirements (MANDATORY):

● Must stay near our office (nearby area candidates preferred).

● A 2-wheeler is preferred (not mandatory).

● Strong English communication (spoken & written), mandatory for trade coordination.

● Proficiency in oral Hindi communication is mandatory

● Excellent Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data tracking, reporting) — mandatory.

● Proven experience in Import–Export Documentation — mandatory.

● Must have working knowledge of:

○ Commercial Invoice

○ Packing List

○ Bill of Lading (BL) / Airway Bill (AWB)

○ Certificate of Origin (COO)

○ HS Codes & product classification

○ LC (Letter of Credit) related documentation & coordination

○ Shipping Instructions & pre-shipment documentation

○ Export compliance & document checklist

● Experience in sourcing products/suppliers — mandatory.

● Must understand supplier negotiation basics, RFQs, pricing comparison, and vendor coordination.

● Must be highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and responsible.

● No freshers — prior import–export or trading experience is compulsory.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare, verify, and manage end-to-end import–export documentation.

● Create and maintain Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, COO, and other shipping documents.

● Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents (CHA), shipping lines, and logistics partners.

● Handle LC documentation follow-ups, bank coordination, and document submission support.

● Track shipments, ETD/ETA, and ensure document accuracy before dispatch.

● Manage supplier sourcing, vendor onboarding, RFQ comparison sheets, and supplier records.

● Maintain updated databases for suppliers, shipments, pricing, and documentation status.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sourcing and exports/imports.

● Ensure compliance with export–import procedures and internal documentation standards.

● Support smooth coordination between sales, sourcing, logistics, and finance teams.
