Job Title: Female Telecaller – Tamil Voice Process

Location: Chennai

Job Description:

We are looking for female telecallers with good communication skills in Tamil for handling outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should be confident in speaking and able to communicate clearly with customers over the phone.

Eligibility: 

• Any Graduates or College dropouts are welcome
• Confident Tamil-speaking females candidate
• Freshers are most welcome – training will be provided
• Good communication & listening skills required
• Basic English understanding is a plus
• Tele-calling or customer service experience preferred
• Chennai region candidate are preferred (Near Parrys)

Job Role:

• Call customers and share info about services
• Handle outbound customer calls politely
• Keep records & follow up kindly
