We are hiring a results-driven Field Marketing Executive to promote our Products and Business directly to Potential businesses. The role focuses on building awareness, generating leads, achieving sales targets. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working on the ground, interacting with clients, and driving real-world impact through marketing outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit Architect Firms, Interior Design offices, and business owners.
• Identify and target potential clients in various sectors (e.g., manufacturing, retail, services).
• Explain the features and benefits of our service plans.
• Distribute marketing materials and demonstrate platform usage during client meetings.
• Generate leads, close deals, and assist with clients.
• Maintain records of visits, leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the sales and product teams.
• Attend industry events, job fairs, and local networking opportunities to promote services.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets related to client acquisition and job listings.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in field marketing, B2B sales, or recruitment services (freshers welcome).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing, Handling clients.
• Fluency in local language(s) preferred.
