Job Description

Role & responsibilities 


Site Visits & Client Meetings: Regularly visiting customer sites to present products/services and build trust. 

Lead Follow-ups: Maintaining consistent communication with prospects via calls, emails, and visits.

Sales Closure: Negotiating terms, handling objections, and finalizing deals.

Customer Guidance: Educating clients about product features, benefits, and usage.

Relationship Management: Building long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

Preparing daily/weekly sales reports.

Maintaining CRM records with updated lead status and customer interactions.

Target Achievement

Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.

Strategizing to exceed performance benchmarks.

Customer Feedback & Service

Collecting feedback to improve product offerings.

Assisting in resolving customer complaints or service issues.


Preferred candidate profile 


Experience

25 years of proven field sales experience in real estate.

Hands-on exposure to site visits, client meetings, and direct customer engagement.

Track record of achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Education

Graduate degree or related experience required

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive closures.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and customer accounts simultaneously.

Good understanding of chennai real estate market.

Personal Attributes

Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.

Quick learner with adaptability to new projects, services, and sales strategies.

Other Requirements

Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).

Fluency in Tamil and English.

Flexible to work on weekends/holidays if required for client meetings.
