5) Min 2 lacs of business to become IMD ( say 2.09 lacs )

6) e-adhaar mandatory

7) PAN & Adhaar to be linked

8) One IMD Can recruit PHF, LA even IMD

9) on appointing IMD get direct benefit of 28%.
