Floor In-Charge / Line Leader

We are looking for an experienced Floor In-Charge / Line Leader to handle and manage shop-floor manpower. The candidate will be responsible for workforce discipline, attendance monitoring, proper manpower allocation, and smooth coordination between workers and management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage shop-floor employees
• Monitor daily attendance and maintain manpower records
• Allocate workers as per production requirements
• Maintain discipline and control workforce behavior
• Identify manpower shortages and report to management
• Ensure workers follow company policies and safety rules

Eligibility:

• Any Degree
• 4 to 7 years experience in Floor Supervision / Manpower Handling
• Experience in manufacturing or fabrication industry preferred
• Tamil mandatory (English preferred)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
