Front Desk Associate

1. Punctuality & Office Discipline

• Report to the office on time daily and ensure the front desk is operational at the start of business hours
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of office activities

2. Office Maintenance & Administration

• Keep the reception and office premises clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Monitor housekeeping standards and coordinate with cleaning staff if required
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Handle incoming calls, visitors, couriers, and correspondence professionally
• Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules

3. Accounts & Expense Management

• Maintain daily expense records and petty cash
• Record and organize office bills (electricity, internet, rent, etc.)
• Ensure timely payment of utility bills and vendor invoices
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist management with basic accounting reports as required
