Photoshop Designer – Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for real estate projects including:
• Property ads (print & digital)
• Social media posts, reels covers, banners
• Brochures, flyers, leaflets, standees & hoardings
• Project logos, branding materials & layouts
• Edit and enhance property images (plots, villas, apartments, site photos)
• Create visual concepts for:
• Project launches
• Offers & campaigns
• Festival creatives & promotional ads
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects and marketing materials
• Work closely with the marketing & sales team to understand project requirements
• Prepare final files for print (CMYK, bleed, resolution standards) and digital platforms
• Handle quick revisions and meet tight deadlines (very important in real estate 😄)
• Requirements & SkillsProven experience as a Photoshop / Graphic Designer (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
• Adobe Illustrator & InDesign (added advantage)
• Good understanding of:
• 
  
• Layouts, typography, colors & visual hierarchy
• Real estate marketing aesthetics
• Ability to convert site plans, maps, and raw images into attractive creatives
• Knowledge of social media design formats & sizes
• Basic understanding of printing standards is a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Preferred QualificationsExperience working with real estate developers, builders, or property consultants
• Knowledge of trending real estate ad designs
• Basic video thumbnail or banner design skills (optional)
