Job Summary
Riota Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Engineer – PCB Soldering & Rework with hands-on experience in PCB assembly, troubleshooting, and component-level repair. The candidate will support prototype development, debugging, and production activities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform SMT/through‑hole soldering, desoldering, and PCB rework (fine‑pitch, IC replacement, jumper mods) following ESD and quality standards.
- Diagnose and repair boards to component level using schematics, BOMs, multimeter, and oscilloscope, supporting prototype bring‑up and field/production returns.
- Inspect and document rework, maintain soldering and rework tools, and collaborate with hardware/firmware teams for debugging and design changes.
