🧵 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tailor who specializes in stitching caps, hats, and shirts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sewing machines, patterns, and garment finishing techniques, with a strong eye for detail and quality.

🧶 Key Responsibilities:

• Stitch various styles of caps, hats, and shirts as per design specifications
• Work with different materials including cotton, denim, polyester, etc.
• Read and understand patterns, technical drawings, and sample garments
• Operate industrial sewing machines and related tools efficiently
• Ensure proper fitting, finishing, and quality of final stitched products
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the stitching workstation
• Collaborate with designers and production team for prototyping and bulk orders

🧵 Requirements:

• Proven experience in stitching caps/hats and shirts
• Ability to handle different types of sewing machines (flatbed, overlock, etc.)
• Knowledge of garment construction and pattern cutting is a plus
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and meet production targets
• Team player with a positive attitude
