Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Health Insurance Team Manager to lead, guide, and manage a team of sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of health insurance sales executives

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

Handle escalated customer queries and ensure resolution

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines

Track sales reports and prepare performance analysis

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Drive team engagement and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Minimum 1.5– 5 years of experience in health insurance / BFSI sales

Prior team handling experience is mandatory

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of health insurance products and processes

Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure
