💼 Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (Healthcare hiring preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles

• Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media

• Screening and shortlisting profiles

• Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline

Requirements:

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

✔ Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn

✔ Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
