We are seeking a dynamic and results driven sales executive to drive business growth by doing marketing activities, sourcing and selling home loan and mortgage loans, the ideal candidate should have strong network, good communication skills, and proven track record in Home Loan and Loan Against Property

Key Responsibilities :

-> Doing Marketing activities, source and sell Home Loans and Loan Against Properties to potential customers

-> Build and maintain relationship with existing prospective clients for timely proper repayment

-> Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

-> Meet and exceed sales targets

-> Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and market developments

Requirements:

-> Minimum one year experience in Home Loan & Loan Against Property

-> Strong Network and ability to generate leads

-> Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

-> Ability to work in a target-driven environment

-> Strong understanding of loan products and industry regulations
