Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Office Maid to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the office premises. The ideal candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, and capable of following instructions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, and clean all office rooms, common areas corridors and making tea for employees.

• Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, windows, and office equipment.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and ensure toiletries are well stocked.
• Maintain pantry area: wash utensils, clean sink/counter, and refill water.
• Handle tea/coffee service to staff and guests, if required.
• Take out trash and maintain waste bins regularly.
• Assist in basic errands such as parcel handling, file movement, etc.
• Report any damage or need for supplies to the admin/office manager.

Required Skills & Qualities :

• Basic hygiene practices and neat appearance.
• Honest, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Polite and respectful with staff and visitors.

Qualifications:

No formal education required, but basic literacy is a plus.

Salary: Based on experience and performance

Reporting To: Admin/Office Manager or HR Department
