Job Description

We are looking for "Payroll Executive" with related to NAPS/NATS compliance.


Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Calculate and distribute wages, overtime, bonuses, and

commissions accurately and on schedule.

• NAPS & NATS Registration : candidate and Establishment on the Portal.

• ROP : To file the ROP for NATS

• Payroll processing Through the NAPS Portal

• Assessment and Certification

• Record Management: Maintain detailed and confidential payroll records, including

pay history, tax documents, and benefits data.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all NAPS and NATS regulations.

• Employee Support: Address employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies

efficiently.

• Reporting: Generate and distribute necessary payroll reports to management and

relevant departments.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR (onboarding/offboarding) and Finance

(audits/reporting).

• System Updates: Stay current with changes in payroll regulations and update systems

as needed

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Crucial for error-free processing.

• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive employee data.

• NAPS & NATS PORTAL Proficiency: Experience with payroll platforms (NAPS & NATS

PORTAL).

• Knowledge: Understanding of payroll laws, NAPS & NATS regulations, and accounting

principles.

• Communication: Clear and professional interaction with employees and

departments.

• Analytical Skills: For complex calculations and resolving issues


  • End to end payroll processing.
  • Work on of all aspects of payroll / HR statutory norms / Taxation
  • Collecting timesheet/ attendance data from client on time and prepare the paysheets.
  • Calculating the wages, benefits, bonus, OT shift wages, and tax deductions client wise and state wise
  • Communicate with Clients on timely manner and responding to the queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation.
  • Responding to employees on payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Reconcile the payroll data monthly and highlight the profit and loss to the management.
  • Ontime Invoice generation and submission to clients
  • IT calculations, issuing tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete the processes.
  • Issuance of Pay slips on time to all employees
  • Manage and work with the team for smooth operations.
