Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Post jobs on portals and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with management
- Maintain employee attendance, esi, pf and leave records
- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing
- Maintain employee documents and HR records
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Handle basic accounts entries and payment follow-ups
- Maintain petty cash, vouchers, bills, and invoices
- Coordinate with accountant/CA for monthly records
- Support office administration and staff coordination
- Ensure employee data confidentiality and compliance
