HR Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to handle end-to-end candidate coordination for overseas recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process from offer letter signing until visa issuance and departure.

1. Coordinate with selected candidates from signed offer letter stage to final departure.
2. Guide candidates through the complete process
3. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure timely completion of each stage.
4. Track and update candidate status in internal records and HR database.
5. Ensure all documents are properly collected, verified, and submitted.
6. Handle candidate queries and provide clear instructions regarding documentation and timelines.
7. Coordinate with internal HR and operations team for smooth processing.
8. Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
