Job Description:

Grow Value Properties is looking for an HR cum Receptionist to handle front office operations along with basic HR activities. The candidate should be presentable, organized, and good at communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk & visitor management

• Attend and manage phone calls professionally

• Maintain employee attendance & basic HR records

• Assist in recruitment coordination & interviews

• Handle office documentation and filing

• Support day-to-day admin & HR activities

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience preferred

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of HR functions

• MS Office & computer knowledge

• Pleasant personality
