Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Attending Job fairs is mandatory.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
• Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline development.
