Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate payroll processing, and meticulous documentation while fostering a supportive workplace culture.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & Compensation ManagementAttendance & Leaves: Consolidate monthly attendance, leave records, and overtime data from the HRMS/biometric system.
  • Processing: Prepare and process error-free monthly payroll, ensuring timely salary disbursements.
  • Statutory Compliance: Manage calculations and filings for PF (Provident Fund), ESI, PT (Professional Tax), and TDS.
  • Increments & Bonuses: Administer annual appraisals, salary revisions, and performance-based incentives.
  • 2. Documentation & Records ManagementEmployee Files: Maintain and audit physical and digital personnel files (Offer letters, ID proofs, educational certificates, etc.).
  • HR Letters: Draft and issue professional correspondence, including Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Relieving letters, and Experience certificates.
  • Database Management: Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is updated in real-time with employee movements and changes.
  • 3. Onboarding & InductionJoining Formalities: Coordinate the end-to-end joining process, including document verification and background checks.
  • Orientation: Conduct induction sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and team structures.
  • Asset Coordination: Liaise with IT and Admin departments for workstation setup, email IDs, and ID cards.

  • 4. Employee Query Management (Helpdesk)First Point of Contact: Act as the "go-to" person for all employee concerns regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Grievance Redressal: Resolve employee queries within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Policy Communication: Regularly update employees on changes in HR policies or labor laws through internal circulars.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources (MBA HR preferred).
  • Experience: 2–4 years of core experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
  • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).


  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, or GreytHR).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; high level of confidentiality and empathy.
  • Success Metrics Payroll Accuracy: 100% error-free and on-time salary processing.
  • Query Resolution: Average time taken to resolve employee tickets.
  • Data Integrity: Zero discrepancies in employee files during internal/external audits.
