HR Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee management, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and coordination with hiring managers.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR interviews.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts team.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.

Prepare HR reports and MIS.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist preferred.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in payroll and attendance management.

Knowledge of HRMS systems.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
