Job Description:

*Shopfloor must be neat and clean always irrespective of work frequency  

*Office must be clean before staff coming to office 

*Staff toilet must be clean daily evening after office hours 

*Worker’s toilet is clean daily evening after shopfloor hours 

*Staff canteen must be clean after lunch , please clean table , chair, and RO unit daily without fail 

*All necessary items such as water bottle , pickle , salt ,pepper , tissue paper , hand wash , dish wash , good scrubber must be kept onetime on right place 

*Please make sure that all light , fan , AC is switch off after use 

*Attendance and leave tracking of employees on daily basis and update it with management daily 

*Preparation of salary and salary slip monty for all employees 

*Pronk India – PF payment after management approval 

*PMSB ESI, PT, LWF payment after management approval

*Labour, Factory and electrical statutory document renewal on time

*PMSB employees hire and fire after management approval

*Full and final payment for PMSB employees after management approval

*Conduct PPE training monthly and submit report to management every month on or before 7th 

*Review the performance of PMSB employee and issue confirmation after management approval

*Make sure that coffee, Tea, beverages and snacks available as per requirement and cross checking the bill

*Make sure that all housekeeping and stationary items are available as per requirement

*Prepare and share PMSB employee list and OT details weekly to management 

*Track, prepare and share PMSB vehicle mileage report to management

*Make sure that Pronk car is neat and clean daily without fail 

*Make sure all drivers are washing Pronk vehicle weekly thrice without fail 

*Make sure that all our outdoor and indoor plants are watering daily without fail.
