Senior HR Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Operations professional with at least 10 years of proven expertise in CONSTRUCTION COMPANY managing and optimizing human resources processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee satisfaction while driving efficiency across all HR functions.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities HR Operations Management
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues.
• Policy & Compliance
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to local and global compliance standards.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments related to HR operations.
• Technology & HR Systems
• Lead HRIS implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Generate HR analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Drive automation and digital transformation in HR processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to align HR operations with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related queries.

• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree HR , Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction company HR operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Expertise in HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
